The lower provo and middle is fishing very good right now.  The blue wings are coming off around 1-4.  It has not been a strong hatch as of yet but the fish are definitely taking them on top. We headed up to the middle Provo River to fish today.  We fished at the Charleston pull off and worked up stream from there.  The rainbows are starting to work their way up the river from Deer Creek to spawn.  The fishing was very productive for the rainbows.  We landed over 30 fish in 3 hours.
